Amendment of regulation 3A of the principal Regulations3
In regulation 3A of the principal Regulations (permitted period) M1—
a
in paragraph (1)(a) the words “subject to paragraph (2)," shall be omitted; and
b
paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
