Revision of the provisions relating to the number of Commissioners
3.—(1) The maximum number of Commissioners shall be increased to ten.
(2) There shall be three Boat-owners Commissioners.
(3) There shall be one Fish Merchant Commissioner.
(4) There may be one Co-opted Commissioner.
