Appropriate pension fund with effect from 1st April 1997
3. The Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 1995 shall be amended by adding the following to the end of Part III of Schedule C1—

| Staffordshire County Council | Stoke-on-Trent City Council |
| Wiltshire County Council | Thamesdown Borough Council” |
