The Local Government Reorganisation (Miscellaneous Provision) (Rush Common) Order 1996 No. 1690

Amendment of 1988 Order

2.  Article 6 (Rush Common, Brixton) of the Local Government Reorganisation (Miscellaneous Provision) Order 1988(1) shall be amended as follows—

(a) after “under” insert “section 8 of the London County Council (General Powers) Act 1938 (removal of building restriction and widening of Brixton Road) and”(2); and

(b) for “sections 9 to 12 of that Act” substitute “that section and that Part”.
