The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 25D(l)(b), (2) and (4) of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1973 c. 18; sections 25B, 25C and 25D were inserted by section 166(1) of the Pensions Act 1995 (c. 26). Section 25D(4) is cited because of the meaning assigned to the word “regulations”.
