6. In Schedule 2—
(a)for the title to that Schedule “The Council and Commission Decisions” there shall be substituted the following title:“THE COMMISSION DECISIONS”;
(b)in paragraph 5, the reference to Council Decision 93/383/EEC on reference laboratories for the monitoring of marine biotoxins shall be replaced by the following: “Commission Decision 95/149/EC fixing the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) limit values for certain categories of fishery products and specifying the analysis methods to be used.” (1).
