3. After paragraph 1 of Schedule 1, there shall be added:
“2. Commission Decision 94/777/EC laying down special conditions for the import of live bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods originating in Turkey(1), as amended by Commission Decision 95/275/EC(2) and Commission Decision 96/31/EC.
3. Commission Decision 95/174/EC laying down special conditions for the import of live bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods originating in Peru(3).
4. Commission Decision 95/453/EC laying down special conditions for the import of live bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods originating in the Republic of Korea.(4)”.
