Amendment of regulation 91 of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations42
In regulation 91 of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations (recovery of excess benefit from prescribed benefits) in paragraph (1) at the end there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
c
a jobseeker’s allowance.
