1. These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air Regulations 1996, and shall come into force on 19th June 1996.
2. The Rules of the Air set out in the First Schedule hereto shall have effect and may be cited as the Rules of the Air 1996.
3. The Regulations specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
