The Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 No. 1390

2.  The Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended as follows:

(1) For regulation 3(1)(a) there shall be substituted:

“(a) he is the operator of the relevant aircraft when the flight is made (in these Regulations called “an operator”);”.

(2) In regulation 4(5)(b) “first class” shall be omitted.
