Exemption of supervision of parking work
2. The supervision of parking(1) by the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out in their area before 1st September 1996.

Section 2 of the Local Government Act 1988 was amended to include the defined activity of the supervision of parking by S.I. 1994/2884.
