Amendment of 1994 Regulations
15. Regulation 3(b) of the 1994 Regulations shall be amended by inserting at the end the following:—
“or
(iii)under the Compensation for Redundancy or Premature Retirement (Scottish Environment Protection Agency and River Purification Boards Transitional Arrangements) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;”.
