Amendment of the Social Security (Recoupment) Regulations 1990

24.  In regulation 2(1) of the Social Security (Recoupment) Regulations 1990 (relevant benefits)(1) at the end there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—

“(o) jobseeker’s allowance.”.
