Provisions coming into force on 1st June 1996
2. The following provisions of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 shall come into force on 1st June 1996:—
(a)section 53(1) (minor and consequential amendments) in so far as it relates to paragraphs 57 and 58 of Schedule 11; and
(b)section 53(2) (repeals) in so far as it relates to the repeals in Part IV of Schedule 12 specified in the Schedule to this Order.
