In relation to each National Park, 1st April 1997 is the time specified for the purposes of section 4A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; and from that time paragraph 5 of Schedule 17 to the 1972 Act6 and section 7 of the Local Government Act 19747 shall cease to have effect in respect of each National Park.
