Partial revocation of the 1988 Regulations
19.—(1) The 1988 Regulations are hereby revoked insofar as they apply to the institution.
(2) In Schedule 2 to those Regulations, paragraphs 5 and 6 relating to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the institution are hereby revoked.
(3) The variations and revocations of provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the institution effected by regulation 20 of the 1988 Regulations and the said paragraphs 5 and 6 of Schedule 2 to those Regulations shall cease to have effect and the provisions of such Memorandum and Articles of Association shall be restored, subject to any variation or revocation effected by article 18.
