The North Hull Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) Order 1996

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order vests in the North Hull Housing Action Trust the housing and other land specified in the Schedule to the Order which is currently vested in the council of the City of Kingston upon Hull (article 2) and makes provision for rent paid to it or to the Council since 27th January 1992 under tenancies of any of the housing (article 3). The property transferred is in the area designated by the North Hull Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1991 which established the North Hull Housing Action Trust and was in error omitted from the North Hull Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/1) and also from the North Hull Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) (No. 2) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/1754).

A plan showing the land transferred may be inspected at the offices of the North Hull Housing Action Trust, Pavilion, 536 Hall Road, Beverley Road, Hull HU6 9BS, the Government Office for Yorkshire and Humberside, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4US, and at the Department of the Environment, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3EB.
