The Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Newham) (Amendment) Order 1996

7.  For paragraphs 42 to 52 there shall be substituted—

“42.   Station Street—

(a) (northernmost junction)

(i) (north west side) between its junction with Great Eastern Road (A11) and a point 38 metres south west of the south western kerbline of Great Eastern Road;

(ii) (south east side) between its junction with Great Eastern Road (A11) and a point 22 metres south west of the south western kerbline of Great Eastern Road;

(b) (southernmost junction)

(i) (north side) between its junction with Great Eastern Road (A11) and a point 20 metres west of the western kerbline of Great Eastern Road;

(ii) (south side) between its junction with Great Eastern Road (A11) and a point 38 metres west of the western kerbline of Great Eastern Road.

43.   Sugar House Lane, between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 12 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street.

43A.   Tramway Avenue, between its junction with Broadway (A11) and the south eastern boundary wall of 5 West Ham Lane.

44.   Union Street, between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 40 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street.

45.   Ward Road, between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 10 metres north west of the north western kerbline of High Street.

46.   Warton Road, between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 40 metres north west of the north western kerbline of High Street.

46A.   Water Lane, between its junction with Forest Lane and a point 20 metres south of the southern kerbline of Forest Lane.

47.   Well Street, between its junction with Windmill Lane (A11) and a point 35 metres north west of the north western kerbline of Windmill Lane.

48.   West Ham Lane, between its junction with Broadway and a point 10 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Broadway.

49.   Windmill Lane, between its junction with Leytonstone Road (A11) and a point 24 metres west of the western kerbline of Well Street, measured on the north side.

50.   Wingfield Road, between its junction with Leytonstone Road (A11) and the boundary between 4 and 6 Wingfield Road.

(a) (north east arm) between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 34 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street;

(b) (south west arm) between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 37 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street.

52.   Unnamed road (lying to the east of the main carriageway of The Grove (A11)—sometimes known as Grove Gardens)—

(a) (northernmost junction) between its junction with The Grove (A11) and a point 25 metres south of the southern wall of 107 The Grove;

(b) the carriageway lying between the two island sites which comprise the western boundary of the unnamed road and which lies opposite 91 The Grove;

(c) (southernmost junction) between its junction with The Grove (A11) and a point 15 metres north east of the north eastern kerbline of The Grove, measured on the south east side.

52A.   Unnamed road (lying to the south east of High Street, Stratford (A11) and fronting Meesons’s Wharf)—

(a) (north easternmost junction) between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 7 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street, measured on the north east side;

(b) (south westernmost junction) between its junction with High Street, Stratford (A11) and a point 8 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of High Street.

52B.   The carriageway linking the north western arm of Broadway and The Grove (which lies between the island site situated opposite 108–110 to 122 Broadway, Stratford and St. John’s Church south west side) between its junction with The Grove (A11) and a point 18 metres north west of the north western kerbline of The Grove.”
