Revocation and saving
13. The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995(1) and the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 1995(2) are hereby revoked, but without prejudice to the application of articles 5 to 8 of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995 in relation to the enforcement of article 2 of that Order.
