6. The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1991(1), the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1992(2) and the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1995(3) are hereby revoked except in relation to any case where an application for civil legal aid is made to the Scottish Legal Board before 8th April 1996.
