The Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987 S.I. No. 1973
9. In regulation 13A(2) of the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987 (treatment of child care charges)(1), in the definition of “local authority”, omit “and Wales” and after “the Isles of Scilly” insert “, in relation to Wales, the council of a county or county borough”.
