The Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 S.I. No. 1814

11.  In regulation 13A(2) of the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 (treatment of child care charges)(1), in the definition of “local authority”, omit “and Wales” and after “the Isles of Scilly” insert “, in relation to Wales, the council of a county or county borough”.
