Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Bexley Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996, and shall come into force on 6th April 1996.
Amendment of Establishment Order2
In Article 3 of the Bexley Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19943 (functions of the trust)—
a
in paragraph (1) for “section 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “section 5(1)(b)”; and
b
for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following new paragraph:—

The trust’s functions shall be to provide and manage community health services at all or any of the following premises—
a
Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup, Kent DA14 6LT;
b
Bexley Hospital, Bexley, Kent DA5 2BW;
c
Greenwich Memorial Hospital, Vanbrugh Hill, London SE10 9HE;
d
Memorial Hospital, Shooters Hill, London SE18; and
e
Goldie Leigh Hospital, Lodge Hill, Abbey Wood, London SE2;
and at any other premises which are associated with any of these hospitals.
