This Order transfers to the Hereford Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 26th April 1995 trust property formerly held by the Herefordshire Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
