19. After note 44, insert—
“44A. Telir pensiynau atodol i weddwon rhyfel, er enghraifft: (i) lle mae'r weddw yn 40 neu drosodd, (ii) lle na all ei chynnal ei hun, neu (iii) mewn perthynas â rhai o blant ei diweddar ŵr.
44B. O dan y Cynllun hwn, telir pensiynau a lwfansau i sifilwyr a anafwyd neu a laddwyd yn y Rhyfel 1939—45, neu mewn perthynas â hwy.
44C. Gwneir y taliadau hyn i weddwon personau a laddwyd cyn 31 Mawrth 1973 ar wasanaeth cyfatebol i wasanaeth yn lluoedd arfog y Goron.”.
