Approved investments
13. The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Approved Investments) Regulations 1990(1) shall be amended by the addition of the following paragraph at the end of Part II of the Schedule—
“29. A police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1964 (as substituted by section 2 of the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994(2)).”.
