29A. Answer “Yes” to this question if you or your partner ceased to receive long-term incapacity benefit because of payment of a retirement pension. (After 12th April 1995, long-term incapacity benefit replaced invalidity pension for week 53 onwards of a person’s incapacity.).
29B. Answer “Yes” to the appropriate part of this question if you or your partner ceased to receive short-term incapacity benefit at a rate equal to or greater than the long-term rate because of payment of a retirement pension. (After 12th April 1995, short-term incapacity benefit replaced sickness benefit and invalidity benefits for weeks 1 to 52 of a person’s incapacity.).”
