The Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 1995 No. 830

5.—(1) The form of words in Welsh prescribed by article 4(1) of this Order is also hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the words “VOTE FOR NO MORE THAN ... ... ... ... CANDIDATES” which are specified in the form of the front of the ballot paper in the Appendix of Forms in Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Parishes and Communities) Rules 1986(1).

(2) The following form of words:

• “Rhif

• Etholiad dros ward ... ... ... ... Cymuned ... ... ... ... ar ... ... ... ... 19 ... ... ... ...”

is hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the words,

• “No.

• Election for the ... ... ... ... ward of the Community of ... ... ... ... on ... ... ... ... 19 ... ... ... ...”

which are specified in the form of the back of the ballot paper in the said Appendix.

(3) The forms of words in Welsh prescribed by paragraphs (1) and (2) above shall be printed so that they appear immediately beneath the corresponding words in English on every ballot paper at an election of councillors to a community council in Wales.
