So much of the Bridge ward as is within the authority’s Town Centre area for maintenance of ground, namely so much of that ward as is bounded to the west by Bower Lane and Bower Street, to the north by Scrubbs Lane, to the south-west by London Road and to the north-west and north by Buckland Hill and the railway.
