Title, extent and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Apple Orchard Grubbing Up (Amendment) Regulations 1995, shall apply throughout Great Britain and shall come into force on 13th January 1995.
Amendment to the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up Regulations
2. In the definition of “the Commission Regulation” in regulation 2(1) of the Apple Orchard Grubbing Up Regulations 1991(1), the words “and as read with Commission Regulation (EC) No. 3149/94(2)” shall be inserted at the end.
