Amendment of Regulations
2. The Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Specified Periods) (England) Regulations 1995(1) (“the Regulations”) shall be amended as follows—
(a)In regulation 3 (application), omit the words “including a statement of the period during which the work is to be carried out”; and
(b)in regulation 4 (disapplication of previous regulations) insert the words “regulation 3 of” before the words “the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Competition) (England) Regulations 1990”.
