Revocation and Transitional Provisions
43.—(1) The Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 1994(1) (in this regulation referred to as “the 1994 Regulations”) are hereby revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1) above—
(a)any notice of appeal received before 1st March 1996 may comply either with regulation 7 of the 1994 Regulations or with regulation 7 of these Regulations; and
(b)the 1994 Regulations shall continue to apply in relation to any appeal where the notice of appeal was entered in the records under regulation 17(2) of the 1994 Regulations before 1st January 1996.
