PENSIONS

This Order provides for the coming into force of provisions of the Pensions Act 1995 on the following dates—1st January 1996 for section 39 concerning the exercise of powers by member trustees;1st January 1996 for the full coming into force of sections 62 to 66 and paragraphs 29, 32 to 37, 39(b), 42, 44(a)(i) and 47 of Schedule 3 concerning equal treatment and 4th December 1995 for the coming into force of sections 62 to 66 for the purposes of making regulations in relation thereto.
