Amendment of the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995
2.—(1) Regulation 11 (restriction on use of right-hand lane) of the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended as follows:—
(a)in paragraph (1) for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:—
“(b)a passenger vehicle which is constructed or adapted to carry more than eight seated passengers in addition to the driver, the maximum laden weight of which exceeds 7.5 tonnes;”.
(2) For paragraph (5) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—
“(5) In this regulation “goods vehicle”, “passenger vehicle” and “maximum laden weight” have the same meanings as in Schedule 6 to the 1984 Act.”.
