Amendment of Schedule 4 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992.
2. For paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992(1) (capital to be disregarded) there shall be substituted:
“4. Any future interest in property which would be disregarded under paragraph 5 of Schedule 10 to the Income Support Regulations (future interests in property other than in certain land or premises)(2).”.
