The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Road Traffic Act 1988(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1988 c. 52. Section 44 was amended by paragraph 51 of Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic Act 1991 (c. 40).
