Transfer of property, rights and liabilities
2. There are hereby transferred to the Secretary of State any property, rights and liabilities vested for the time being in the Bristol Development Corporation which have not been transferred under—
(a)an agreement made under section 165 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1); or
(b)article 4 of the Bristol Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1995(2).
