These Regulations correct an error in the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/2871). In regulation 3 of those Regulations, the reference to regulations 4 to 7 (amending the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/1293)) should be a reference to regulations 4 to 9. These Regulations will come into force at the same time as S.I. 1995/2871 on 30th November 1995.
