Calculations by billing and major precepting authorities
11.—(1) In relation to any financial year in which a billing authority is likely to make a transfer under regulation 4(7), 5(7), 6(7) or 7(8)—
(a)item W in section 33(3) of the 1992 Act shall have effect as if the reference to section 97(3) of the 1988 Act included a reference to regulations 4(7), 5(7), 6(7) and 7(8), and
(b)item Y in section 33(3) of the 1992 Act shall have effect as if the reference to section 97(4) of the 1988 Act included a reference to those regulations.
(2) In relation to any financial year in which a major precepting authority is likely to make or receive a payment under regulation 5(6), 6(5) or 7(6), each of sections 43(2)(a) and (3)(a)(iii) and 44(3)(a) of the 1992 Act shall have effect as if the reference to regulations under section 99(3) of the 1988 Act included a reference to regulations 5(6), 6(5) and 7(6).
