The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 82(4) and (5) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1994 c. 40. Chapter III of Part I and Schedules 12 and 13 are prospectively repealed by the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (c. 23) (see next footnote).
