Saving provision
3. Notwithstanding paragraph (8) of the previous regulation, where a farmer occupied or contracted to occupy any particular area of land before 28th July 1995, his entitlement to claim set-aside compensatory payments on any part of that particular area shall survive as if the amendments made by that paragraph had not been made.
