The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in relation to England, and the Secretary of State, in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(3) and (7) of the Pests Act 19541 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following order:
