Where the CAA proposes to extend the period during which a condition is to remain in force, it shall serve notice of its proposal, and of the reasons for it, on the airport operator.

A decision whether to extend the period during which a condition is to remain in force shall be taken only by a member of the CAA after considering any written or oral representations which the airport operator has served on or made to the CAA within two months of the date of service of the notice given by the CAA pursuant to paragraph (1) above.
