The Civil Aviation Authority (Economic Regulation of Airports) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1), as extended by article 27(3) of the Airports (Northern Ireland) Order 1994(2), and by articles 29(2), (4), (5) and (6), 32(6), 39(7) and 42(5) and (7) of the Airports (Northern Ireland) Order 1994, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(3), hereby makes the following Regulations:
