The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1)(a), (4) and (6)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1982 c. 16; section 73(4) was amended by section 3(2) of the Civil Aviation (Eurocontrol) Act 1983 (c. 11). The expression “prescribed” is defined in section 105(1).
