6. In regulation 13(4) there shall be inserted after the definition of “critical gyratory or roundabout system” the following definitions—
““the Director”, “local plan”, “priority route” and “trunk road local plan” have the meanings given to those expressions in section 82(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1)”.
