Distribution of capital money

2.  The Local Government Reorganisation (Capital Money) (Greater London) Order 1991(1) shall be amended—

(a)in article 4, by the substitution of the following for paragraphs (2), (2A) and (3)—

(2) During the financial year beginning on 1 April 1995, the Residuary Body shall pay to each billing authority the appropriate proportion of—

(a)so much of any capital money of the description specified in article 3(1)(b) above as was received by the Residuary Body between 30th November 1993 and 1st May 1995; and

(b)such capital money of the description specified in article 3(1)(c) as is held by the Residuary Body on the day the payments are made.

(3) In this article “the appropriate proportion” means—

(a)for the purposes of paragraphs (1) and (2)(a) above, the percentage specified in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order opposite the authority specified in column (1);

(b)for the purposes of paragraph (2)(b) above, the proportion which would apply to the billing authority in question if the payments made by virtue of that sub-paragraph were a distribution by the Residuary Body under section 77(4) of the 1985 Act.;

(b)by the substitution for the Schedule of the following Schedule—
