The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1), sections 60 (other than subsections (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982(2) and section 35 of the Airports Act 1986(3) and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1972 c. 68; the powers conferred by section 2(2) were extended, in relation to the EEA, by section 2 of the European Economic Area Act 1993 (1993 c. 51).
