In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(1), (2) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 1988(1) the Secretary of State for Wales, having consulted in accordance with subsection (4) of the said section 128, the Welsh Agricultural College Higher Education Corporation(2) and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales(3), and with the consent of the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth given in accordance with subsection (2) of that section, hereby makes the following Order:

1988 c. 40; section 128 was amended by paragraph 34 of Schedule 8 to the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13).
(2)
Established under the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Wales) (No. 2) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/2190) made under section 122 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
(3)
Established by section 62 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
