2. In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Diary Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1995(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “potable water” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““potable water” has the same meaning as in the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995;”.
